XmlGenie!™ Summary

XMLGenie!™ converts XML text to corresponding HTML web pages, without programming. HTML proficiency is required. XMLGenie!(TM) can convert XML source to entire web pages. HTML page segments, such as tables, can also be prepared. Three modes of operation are supported: Java application Java applet Java servlet All of these use a fundamental Java program, XMLgenie.class, that Java programmers can use directly to accomodate other XML processing needs.

The following diagram is an overview of the text files associated with XMLGenie!(TM) processing.



The XML file contains the text that is converted. A corresponding document type definition file (DTD) specifies the syntax of the XML file. A corresponding conversion file identifies the HTML text that is emitted when XML start and end tags are encountered. The result of conversion is HTML text.
